ABOUT

John Kindley graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1999. As a law student he was chosen for membership on law review by virtue of his performance in a legal writing competition, and authored an article selected by his peers for publication in the Wisconsin Law Review. The published article was subsequently distributed to every member of the U.S. House of Representatives by Congressman Dave Weldon, M.D., a physician who described it in an accompanying letter as making a “persuasive case for the potential legal liability of abortion providers who do not inform women about the prospect of increased risk for breast cancer following an induced abortion.” For several years after graduating from law school John Kindley prosecuted, on behalf of the public interest and on a pro bono basis, false advertising litigation based upon the legal theories and scientific evidence outlined in his Wisconsin Law Review article. John Kindley is admitted to practice before all Indiana state courts, the Northern Indiana U.S. District Court, the Southern Indiana U.S. District Court, the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. His practice is focused on defending people accused or convicted of crimes.
